As he starts to prepare for the final few weeks in to the Dave McCullagh Meet, Shane Faul's preparations took a well earned boost this afternoon in the Warwickshire County Championships 2008 At Coventry Sports and Leisure Centre when he finished the 200IM in a strong PB swim of 2:17.00 inside his old PB by over 1.5 seconds, to take the silver medal in the event.
Well done Shane, keep up the good work.
