Leinster D2's 80% PB's for the TEAM

Well done to our TEAM Members who delivered an 80% PB success rate at the last weekend Leinster Division 2 Age Group Championships.

In particular a big congrats to some of the TEAM who delivered both PB's, Leinster D1 qualifying times and medal winning results in multiple events. 

A Big well done to the U12 boys Callum Ramkaun, David Martinez-Dunn, Davd Rigg, Eoin Feighan, Traolach McKnight & Cathal Larkin who also touched in 2nd and 3rd in their respective relays.
Well done too to Deirbhile &  Sorcha Gannon who delivered MASSIVE PB's in each of their events in the 100BC, 100FC and 100BS.  Deirbhile took a total of 50 seconds off her PB's and Sorcha

 a total of 33 seconds off her times.

Not to be outdone Josh Ramkaun took a HUGE total of 66 seconds off his 3 swims and Callum over 28 seconds.  Traolach McKnight and David Martinez-Dunn also deliverd really strong PB's with Cathal Larkin also delivering a solid swim in the 100FC.

David Rigg delivered a silver medal winning performance in the U12 100BF, Eoin Feighan delivered double gold in the U12 100FC and 200FC and Robert Sheridan also collected two gold medals in the 100FC and 100BC U13.

All in all we had a small TEAM do a really good job.  Well done to Eoin Feighan and Robert Sheridan who managed to both qualify for the Leinster Division 1's with their swims from the weekend.

Final Day of LC Open National Championships

Day 4 of the Irish LC National Championships saw our athletes perform well in the heats, albeit needed to be reminded that we all need to do a better job in morning heats versus our international competitors.

It also saw our Team Tattoos get adopted by the American TEAM as body art for them also.

Back for Finals this evening are Niamh Bryson (200BS), Arun Ramkaun (200BS), Niamh Murphy (50FC), Dayna Clegg (200IM) so best of luck to them ALL.

Well done to the rest of the TEAM on a good Meet.
